ISO 9001 and IATF 16949

Quality management

Certified ISO 9001 in 2019 and IATF 16949 in 2021, Swisstools is able to consistently deliver a compliant product. ISO certification and the IATF standard have led us to develop new working methods.

Leading a working group

We have set up the QRQC, a participative tool for all personnel, used during a daily meeting. All teams – workshop, methods, management and quality – take part in these meetings.

Also, within Swisstools, the integration of our Manufacturing Execution System enables us to use indicators to monitor production in real time and plan improvements for optimum productivity.

Customer satisfaction

In the event of a complaint, we undertake to respond within 24 hours. Internally, we will analyze in detail the actions taken and establish the corrective actions to be implemented. The first corrective actions lead to the first immediate replacement actions.

Environmental management

Following an analysis of the impact of our production activities on the environment, we set up a system of indicators. Thanks to this approach, and conscious of our role in reducing greenhouse gases, we now have full control over waste and our consumption of natural resources. We can also emphasize our energy management, via solar panels, integrated into the design of the plant in 2014.
