The recent installation of an MES (Manufacturing Execution System) on the shop floor enables us to monitor every stage of production and adapt our processes accordingly.
Settings
Allows real-time monitoring of production and planning of improvements for optimum productivity.
Quality
The inspection report for each part is recorded in the MES. This enables acute traceability of machined parts. It also facilitates data storage.
Metrology
This involves the use of artificial intelligence for metrology and multi-part measurement. This enables instant communication between the various control stations, as well as keeping a history for better traceability.
Visual management
Thanks to several connected screens installed in the workshop, teams can monitor production indicators at any time.
The company can also broadcast corporate and social messages to all employees and visitors.
